- Is equipped with a good functioning maritime mobile radiotelephone.
skipper reserves to right not to leave the port or to interrupt the boat transport when:
- he notices that the weather forecasts are not good enough to navigate safely;
- he notices that the ship does not meet the rules for boat transport.
